Using Meditation with the Law of Attraction
There are many “secret techniques” to manifesting, the methods people believe are the most important. One of them is meditation, which really allows you to clear your mind of your thoughts and worries, and get to the deeper subconscious mind. Here is when you are able to visualize what you want, and also increase your vibrations to help you attract more easily.
Why Should You Meditate?
Before we get into how to use meditation for the law of attraction, let’s take a moment to understand why it is so important. Meditation is going to help you clear your mind of the limiting beliefs and worries that might keep you from manifesting properly. This reduces your stress and helps you maintain a positive mindset.
Meditation can also work great for visualization. If you are struggling to visualize and feel how it would feel to have what you want to manifest, try meditating for a few minutes first, then tap into your subconscious and put yourself in the driver’s seat (literally or figuratively) to experience what you want.
Meditation for Beginners
If you are brand new to meditating, you don’t need to be intimidated or scared that you won’t be able to do it. Ignore those limiting beliefs! Here is a very easy way to start introducing yourself to meditating:
Start with just a few minutes a day. Remember that you won’t be able to meditate for long periods of time on the first day. It takes a lot of productive to get better about it, but just try for 2-5 minutes at first.
All you need to do in the beginning is practice your breathing. Find a comfortable place to sit without distractions, sit quietly with your eyes closed, and breathe in and out deeply. Just focus on your breathing and nothing else. Thoughts will come, which is okay. Just watch your thoughts blow past you and go back to your breathing. Your breaths are what will keep you centered and grounded.

Using Meditation for Visualization
To go beyond this basic practice, you can use meditation to help you with your visualization, and really tap into your feelings about what you want to manifest. When you get better at meditating, start using that to then visualize what you want to manifest. With a clear mind and relaxed body, go into the place where you are living your dream life and really experience it down deep in your subconscious.
